When I first started writing about "No-Code," some colleagues and I referred to the trend as "Zero Stack." And while we're still figuring out what to call it, this method of plugging together clever off-the-shelf apps to develop custom solutions can help your business improve productivity, enhance customer service, and boost your margins.

It doesn't mean there's "no code" involved. All of the solutions involved in the most common "Zero Stack" solutions require TONS of code. The term just means you're not writing any new code to build a custom application to solve a business problem. It means thinking like a developer to envision a process, a workflow, and an outcome without having to write a new query or a new script.
