Mine isn’t the voice anyone needs to hear right now about the systemic racism that keeps tearing our nation apart.
Yet, as I often tell my clients, silence is acceptance.
Today, we now have to realize, silence is violence.
Today is a moment for leaders—of all races, of all sexual orientations, of all economic backgrounds—to set aside the privilege of claiming “neutral ground.”
I stand with everyone who denounces police brutality, who denounces injustice against Black Americans, and who denounces oppression in all its forms.
I’ll continue to use my voice, my platform, and my talents to elevate and amplify the voices of people from whom we can learn to heal and, hopefully, evolve.
